How long will my order take to arrive?

Our order processing time is 2-3 working days and then you order is shipped with DPD who should have the order dispatched with next day delivery.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is processed and we have registered the parcel with DPD, you will be emailed a tracking number. This number will allow you to track your parcel via the DPD website.

How do I modify or cancel my order?

We try our best to process all orders within 2-3 working days, which means we might not catch yours in time to modify or cancel it. If you'd like to modify or cancel an order, please contact us ASAP and we'll do our best. You can email us here.

What is the refund/return policy?

Our products formulated with you in mind. We are confident that you’ll love them, but if you’re unhappy for any reason, please reach out to us within 30 days of your purchase and we'll be able to assist with processing the return and a refund. Please email us here.

If you purchased our products from one of our stockists, please return it to them directly and they will be more than happy to help.

How do I get free UK postage?

Free UK postage is applied to your basket when you spend £45 or more.

If you have not received your parcel within 14 days of receiving your dispatch email, please contact us and we will investigate the situation immediately.

Free local delivery & click n collect

Free local delivery M33, M32, WA14, M16, M23 AND CW7 postcodes with no minimum spend. You are also able to select "click n collect" at the checkout and pick up your order from our office in Sale or from the Emporium M33.

Overseas shipping?

Due to the rising shipping costs, we have suspended all overseas shipping.
